Refund policy

All products sold via our online gallery or in-store are made to order, as such are original, bespoke pieces, therefore returns are not accepted.

Artwork imagery on listed products is to be used as a design reference only, to which orders are based on. As with all commissioned artworks, finished pieces are not carbon-copies, and artistic variation in colouring and composition is to be expected.
